From everywhere! We source our wood for our displays, jewellery, and accessories from all around. We use pallets, wood shop scraps, old cutting boards, unwanted furniture, discard wood flooring from housing renovations, barn wood, yard waste. It's a real mixed bag and always a lot of fun for us to give something unwanted, new life!

We are located in Kamloops, BC, Canada. During the spring and summer you can find us at the Kamloops Farmers' Market (Saturdays 8:30 am–12:30 pm) or year round you can find our product in local stores such as The Art We Are, Our Footprints, and Culture Craze. During the winter, watch for us in person at Christmas art and craft shows!

Grab a tape measure! We measure by width (how deep it will be) x length (the face of the display). Each step measures 2" wide by various lengths. We've create listings by 'steps' to help visualize how many steps will come with your display. Example: If you would like to order a 4 step display, navigate to the 4 step listing and select the length best suited for your display area. So, a 4 steps display x 12 inches measures 8 wide x 12 long.

We offer logo placement on our deluxe necklace displays only at an additional cost of $75. Logos are centered and placed at 33% visual to the display size ordered. We require a high resolution .png, .svg, or .jpg file of your logo to be emailed to us once your order is placed.

No. We offer unfinished, natural, dark, or grey-wash finishes. As our wood selections vary with each order, a white wash finish is the trickiest as it reacts differently to different woods used. So by choice and to avoid disappointment, we don't offer it. If its your strong desire, we recommend ordering unfinished and you can apply any stain color you wish!

All of our displays are made to order. We take the time to source and prepare materials based on the size and style of your displays. It is a timely process and can take up to two weeks before it leaves our shop.

Yes, for an additional cost. If you need express shipping, please let us know your mailing address to determine the difference in cost for payment.

Yes. We use hypoallergenic stainless steel posts. Have an allergy? Although everyone's body will act differently, our posts are sourced and have been a thrill-seeking find for many individuals with supersensitive ears. We have had many customers who gave these a 'try' and now own many pairs to add to their wardrobe.

Smaller than you expect, which is hopefully a bonus! We offer our earrings in 10mm, 8mm, and 5mm diameters.

We recommend that you remove earrings before bathing, showering, or swimming in the lake/ocean. Wood is pourous and although we apply a sealer, wood will still absorb moisture. Is it the end of the world if you forget? No. Will you be potentially disappointed? Yes. As wood swells with moisture, the post of your earring may pop off. No biggie, grab a nail file, sand the back and use some crazy glue to put it back on!

No. Each set of earrings is unique and difficult to match. Grains and tones change between wood pieces, colors absorb differently on each piece. We'd love to say yes, but it's like trying to find a missing puzzle piece that your cat ate.

Yes. All chains are included and are approximately 30" length (mid chest) unless otherwise noted.

Let's be honest, it's reflected in the price. Nothing fancy. Our chains are a mix of zinc and copper metals.
