Shipping Policy

Don't expect fancy packaging! We reuse tissue paper and cardboard from other packaging to keep on with reducing, reusing, and upcycling.

All displays include free shipping within Canada and are shipped through Canada Post with a tracking number.

Jewellery orders of up to six pieces are sent through standard letter mail through Canada Post at no cost within Canada. Wholesale or large orders will have a minimum $15 shipping rate applied. Items can take up to 5–7 business days to arrive.

If you would like tracking or quick delivery, please send us a message before ordering and we will happily set up a custom order for you.

Shipping to the USA

Due to recent changes to US trade policies (removal of the US de minimis threshold) we can no longer offer free shipping to our American friends. We are happy to provide you with an estimate for shipping. Please send us a note with your desired product including model, size, colour and we will provide you with our best cost estimate. Buyers will be responsible for any duties and additional fees. Request a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to let us know.

Returns and exchanges are only offered on our custom displays. If you are unhappy with your display purchase, please email us to inform us of the reason for return/exchange. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Refunds will be for the price of the merchandise minus the original postage fees we have incurred.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

If an order is returned due to the inability of the local post office to deliver or refusal of delivery due to customs fees/VAT, etc; then the purchase price of the item will be refunded once the package has been received back to us. Postage/shipping fees will not be refunded.

Processing Times

We make everything by hand and it takes time to process materials.

Jewellery and Accessories: These items are ready to ship.

Displays: Displays take up to 14 days before they ship, then the rest of the wait in the hands of the post office. If you’re looking for a quick display to your mailbox, that’s not us. Our process is custom making a display to the size and specification that you order—which involves us sourcing the wood needed where we might have to take apart a pallet or piece of furniture or process lumber that we have drying. If you receive your order earlier than expected, that’s awesome! This means we too had a good day to get your order out ahead of schedule.
