Shipping Policy

Don’t expect fancy packaging! We reuse tissue paper and cardboard from other packaging to help reduce waste through reusing and upcycling.

Canada Shipping:

All display orders include free shipping within Canada and are shipped through Canada Post with a tracking number.

Jewellery orders of up to six pieces are sent through standard letter mail through Canada Post at no cost within Canada.

Wholesale or large orders will have a minimum $15 shipping rate applied. Items can take up to 5–7 business days to arrive.

If you would like tracking or quicker delivery, please send us a message before ordering and we will happily set up a custom order for you.

United States Shipping:

Flat-rate shipping $20 for USA orders at checkout. All orders over $200 ships free
No surprise charges on delivery — if any duties or tariffs apply, we cover them.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade reclaimed wood piece. We accept returns and exchanges on all items, including jewelry and custom displays.

Return Window: Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Ship Back Within: Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process: Once we receive the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus original shipping fees).

Processing Times

We make everything by hand and it takes time to process materials.

Jewellery and Accessories: These items are ready to ship.

Displays: Displays take up to 14 days before they ship, then the rest of the wait in the hands of the post office. If you’re looking for a quick display to your mailbox, that’s not us. Our process is custom making a display to the size and specification that you order—which involves us sourcing the wood needed where we might have to take apart a pallet or piece of furniture or process lumber that we have drying. If you receive your order earlier than expected, that’s awesome! This means we too had a good day to get your order out ahead of schedule.
