Product Care

Jewellery:

• Removing before showering, bathing, swimming, etc.

• Avoid using an abrasive cleaner on products that have a resin finish.

• Avoid apply too much pressure to your jewelry studs, dangles, or accessories. Be kind and gentle.

• Store in a secure location for safety… please don’t keep earrings or necklaces in your purse or wallet. Or in the pocket of your car door (I'm speaking from experience).

• Keep at room temperature—extreme heat or cold can alter resin or the epoxy mix securing the wood to pendant trays or posts to earrings.

• All of our products are fragile. Wood has natural grains which can weaken over time and exposure. 

 

Displays:

• Avoid dropping. This is obvious, but during market season, anything is possible.

• Necklace displays are intended to have the backs nestled into the main display. Store as intended to avoid any pegs being broken.

• Do not leave out in the rain.

• Ensure your display(s) are properly stored.

• Keep at room temperature—extreme heat, cold, or humidity can warp the wood.
